Our founder, Arunjit Saha, has dedicated more than 18 years to the fields of video production, animation, VFX, digital marketing, and media direction. His journey began in Kolkata, where after completing his CBSE +2, he moved to Mumbai to pursue animation filmmaking at the prestigious Zee Institute of Creative Art (ZICA) under Zee Telefilms Ltd. To further his expertise, Arunjit studied Visual Effects in Film and Television (VFT) at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, Toronto, Canada. His academic foundation in animation, VFX, and motion graphics has equipped him with the creative and technical skills now widely recognized in the global media industry. Alongside his filmmaking background, Arunjit also completed Digital Marketing training, gaining practical knowledge in SEO, social media optimization, and online branding strategies. This expertise helps him bridge creativity with digital growth, empowering brands to reach wider audiences through both compelling video storytelling and result-driven marketing campaigns. He is also a certified live-action filmmaker from the Kolkata Film and Television Institute and has won several awards for his direction in short film competitions. In addition, he earned a CIC certification in IT from IGNOU University, strengthening his multidisciplinary approach to filmmaking, technology, and digital platforms. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Arunjit gained professional experience working with renowned organizations such as Zee Telefilms, USL-UTV, B4U TV, Brand Value Communications, Fantasy Creative Studio, and Incoda TV. Our video corrections policy is completely transparent and communicated clearly at the time of quotation. We offer free minor corrections even after delivery and payment, ensuring complete client satisfaction. For larger changes or major revisions, we provide flexible options that are discussed and agreed upon upfront, so expectations are clear right from the start.
Yes. We generally require a 40% to 50% advance payment before commencing work. For voice-over recording and live shooting charges, full payment is usually required in advance.
If a Work order/purchase order (PO) is issued, we may accept a 30% advance payment, provided that our correction and iteration policies are agreed upon. The remaining balance can be paid in installments based on the project’s pricing structure.
Absolutely. All our video productions use licensed music, stock footage, and copyright-free materials, giving clients complete peace of mind and compliance for commercial use.

Yes. According to our company policies, we do not deliver the final output without a watermark until full and final payment has been received.
If a project requires urgent delivery, clients must sign a formal agreement (“promise to pay”) within 20 days to receive the final work without a watermark, along with an invoice issued by us for the payment to be made. This policy applies only to projects executed under a Work Order or Purchase Order.
All our quotations and projects are governed by Vox Agencies Pvt. Ltd.’s standard Terms & Conditions, which are legally compliant under Indian law. For government tenders or specific client requests, we can provide notarized documentation. For general projects, a signed quotation and Purchase Order are sufficient.
